Nintendo has updated the Super Smash Bros. website with two new 3DS images of Mega Man.
The official Super Smash Bros. website has been updated with two new images showcasing the game’s new Capcom contribution Mega Man.
The two images don’t really reveal much more than we already know about the new blue addition to the Smash roster but I’m sure 3DS owners will be excited to see Mega Man sporting the signature black cel-shading outline that’s often present in 3DS game characters.
Mega Man was recently confirmed to be one of the new additions joining the roster of the upcoming 3DS and Wii U Super Smash Bros. games along with Animal Crossing’s Villager. Standard cross-play between the two versions will not be possible because of each version’s different levels but Nintendo did confirm that both versions will be able to affect each other in some capacity.
Both the 3DS and Wii U versions of this new Super Smash Bros. game are set to be released sometime next year.
