Check out my playthrough and thoughts.
I recently got my hands on a review code for Seed of Life on Steam. I would like to thank the folks at Leonardo Interactive and Madlight Studio for the code. This game is part RPG/part exploratory but all adventure. It also has puzzle solving elements put into the exploration aspect like trying to find certain items similar to keys to unlock paths. There were other hidden items that are similar to Legend of Zelda heart containers/magic upgrades that will allow you to use more abilities. That being said, a map for locations would have been great but I get why a game that wants you to explore blindly doesn't have a map. Controls and the camera weren't great as it was tough to see where exactly you were going as well as doing basic functions. The game never tells you that you can jump and if I didn't stumble upon it, I would have been stuck in an area even longer than I already was. Check out the video below for my playthrough as well as my thoughts on Seed of Life.
